How can I order?
Placing your order is a quick and easy process which consists of the next few steps:
1. Choose your product(s) Use the menu at the top of the page for quick navigation to the category of products that you need and add the product to the basket by clicking the button. You can modify the number of products that you need in the shopping basket. In the shopping basket, you can change or remove any product in your basket.
2. Go to Checkout. Click the Checkout button. You will be guided through the checkout proces in a few easy steps.
3. Enter your invoice address. We use the invoice address for your invoice. When your shipping address is identical to the invoice address, you don't need to specify a seperate shipping address..
4. Choose your payment methode.We offer many payment options. They depend on your country. Choose the payment method that you prefer.
5. Choose your shipping method. Depending of the destination address, we offer one or more shipping options. Choose the shipping method that you prefer.
6. Check and confirm your order! Check again all what you have entered. If anything is incorrect you change it. After checking you'll make your order definitive.
7. Check the progress of your order. After submitting your order, we send you an order confirmation via email. Please check this order confirmation again.
Can I request a quote?
Yes, sure! When you have a special product and you need a larger number of items than we offer, please send us an email with your request or use the contact page. We try to give you a quote within 1 working day.
Which payment options do I get?
Here are all our payment options, some may not be available in your country.
- iDEAL - online payment (only for Dutch bank accounts)
- Mister Cash - online payment (only for Belgian bank accounts)
- Bank transfer
- MasterCard - CreditCard payment via MultiSafePay (world wide)
- VISA Card - CreditCard payment via MultiSafePay (world wide)

- SOFORT Banking - online payment (many European countries)
- By invoice - Payment within 30 days after invoice (only available upon special request, we will perform a credit check before we honour your request.)
Do you ship to my country?
Dymo.eu ships orders to many countries in the EU. We only ship to companies with a valid VAT-number. We require you to enter your VAT-number upon checkout.
How long is the warranty period?
Dymo offers a 1 or 2 year warranty on their machines (depending of the type of machine). After registration via www.dymo.com Dymo offers you in most cases an extra year of warranty.
I have an old machine. The current D1 tapes do not fit in it. What to do?
Buy a new Dymo labelmaker. The form of the cassette changed before 2010. You have been lucky to be able to keep using your machine for such a long time without any problem. Now it's time to update to the current products.
Can we use preprinted labels?
No, unfortunately Dymo stopped with offering this preprinting option.
I need a label size or material that is not in your catalog. Do you offer special products?
No, unfortunately Dymo stopped with offering this special size option.
What do I need to create A6 size shipping labels?
The Dymo LabelWriter XL printers are specialy designed to print A6 format labels. With a width of 100mm it can handle wide labels and with the special Extra Large Shipping Label of 150mm height you can print A6 labels from a roll. These XL labels can only be used in the XL printers (LabelWriter 5XL and the previous model LabelWriter 4XL).
Which labels can I you for digital stamps?
If you want to print digital stamps you need the labels 99010 or 99012. |
