Private
If an ordered item is not what you thought you had ordered, you can use your right of return as a private customer (living within the EU) in accordance with the legal provisions. You have 14 days to return the item to us. You do not have to give a reason. However, it is necessary to send us a notification in advance that you want to return something so that we can give you a return number or RMA number. Any costs for returning are for you. The condition is that the article is unused and, as far as possible, in the original packaging and that no tapes or labels have been used.

Company
If you want to return something as a business customer, you must always contact us in advance by email or telephone. As a company, you do not automatically have the right to return something. For example, items that have been specifically ordered for you cannot always be returned. Additional costs may also be charged for returns, such as a percentage of the value of the goods. The possible shipping costs for both delivery and return are for your company.
